Webinar Group Values

Arrival
  • Please arrived at least five minutes before the session begins to eradicate any technical issues before the session starts and to ensure a prompt start.
  • No one will be admitted into the session after the group values have been agreed as this may compromise the ethos of the session for other delegates.
Confidentiality
  • Confidentiality is key in these virtual sessions to ensure a safe & well environment.
  • Any personal disclosure or information attributed to another person should be kept within the confines of the group in the session and should not be disclosed outside of that group, under any circumstances.
Respect others
  • We are all unique. We ask you to please respect other people’s opinions and to only challenge these professionally if appropriate. It is the duty of the wellbeing consultant to deal with any unacceptable behaviour.
  • Remember during the webinar, you are in a workplace setting, even though you may be in your own home, and as such please abide by the standards of behaviour set by your organisation.
  • Respect balance of attention in the sessions and allow others to have equal air space to make contributions.
Workshop Guidelines
  • We care for your wellbeing, therefore kindly ask if you need to leave the session for any reason please let the wellbeing consultant know that you are ok via the private chat option or email them directly.
  • We are ambassadors of wellbeing and kindly ask anyone to refrain from smoking, vaping, or drinking alcohol during the session and be appropriately dressed for the webinar.

    Feedback
    • We always endeavour to do our best and welcome constructive feedback. Please email the wellbeing consultant directly with any points you wish to raise.

    Please note

Remote sessions will be run via Microsoft Teams virtual platform or similar, alternatively, your organisation can provide and administer a suitable, alternative platform.  Once sessions are confirmed, our Consultant will send an invite to the requesting Manager to be circulated to attendees.  To ensure the session runs as effectively as possible, we expect attendees to attend sessions at the allocated time and reserve the right to refuse admission to latecomers, where we feel this would be detrimental to learning.  Use of ‘Headsets’ will enhance the attendees experience of the session and allow for any disclosure in the group to remain private – although these are not mandatory.

Our Cancellation Policy is as follows:

Full charge within 72 hours, dropping to 50% charge 72-120 hours before.  This refers to ‘working-days’, thus excludes weekends.  72 hours = within 3 working days, 120 hours = within 5 working days.
