According to a survey by ComRes Faith Research Centre, around one million UK employees have experienced discrimination because of their religion. In an effort to try and encourage more inclusive workplaces, this video explores why it’s important to recognise different faiths and beliefs in the workplace.
It briefly covers some of the common faiths in the UK, but we recognise that there are a number of other faiths and beliefs not covered in this video.
