Time to Talk Day

Two women having a catch-up in nature for Time to Talk Day

Time to Talk Day occurs at the beginning of February each year, and invites us all to start conversations around mental health – helping to reduce stigma and save lives. Whether at work or in our personal lives, we can all help to make a difference and encourage others to open up.

To help inspire conversations we’ve created some digital postcards you can share prompting different ways to talk to others and check-in on how they are. To find out more about the campaign, visit the Time to Talk Day website.
