Activity spoons

The ‘spoon theory’ is a metaphor created by Christine Miserandino. Thinking of our daily energy supply as a set of spoons can help us to understand how we spend energy on different activities throughout the day. We are all different, and therefore don’t necessarily start the day with the same amount of spoons to spend. Watch this video to help reflect on your own energy expenditure, and grow your awareness of how others may spend theirs too.
